Senior Business Manager at Elevation Recruitment Group
Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a manufacturing company based in Worksop to recruit an electrically biased Maintenance Manager.
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 8 engineers, and overseeing the maintenance operations, ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of all equipment.
Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager will include:
* Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues.
* Oversee the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
* Provide training and support to the maintenance team
We would like to speak with Maintenance Managers with the following:
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role
* Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment
* Ability to manage and motivate a team
