Your Role & Impact:
* Provide intensive personalised support to students, ensuring they meet their full academic and personal potential.
* Execute lesson plans under the direction of the class teacher, adapting materials where necessary.
* Champion an inclusive learning environment.
* Assist with classroom organisation and tracking student achievement data.
What We Are Looking For:
* Proven experience (minimum 6 months) as an SEN Teaching Assistant in the UK.
* A naturally caring, energetic, and resilient approach.
* Outstanding teamwork and organisational abilities.
* Commitment to safeguarding (current or pending Enhanced DBS).
