Role Overview
A highly respected Manchester-based law firm, known for its excellence in personal injury and consumer litigation, is seeking a Subrogated Recoveries Lawyer to join its Consumer Claims team. You will manage a caseload of recovery claims on behalf of insurers, from first instruction through to settlement or litigation, with the support of a collaborative and high-performing team.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
* Proven experience managing subrogated recovery or civil litigation caseloads
* Strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
* Excellent negotiation, drafting, and case management skills
* Tenacious approach with a drive to secure the best client outcomes
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Previous use of Proclaim case management system is advantageous
* Strong commitment to client care and delivering results
What’s On Offer
* Basic salary up to £40,000 (dependent on experience)
* Uncapped monthly commission, paid in arrears
