We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Depot Manager to oversee the daily operations of our centre. Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* No weekends
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the centre's operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
* Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to foster professional development.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Conduct regular analysis of performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
* Maintain open lines of communication with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as organisational policies.
* Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge.
* Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve operational goals.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably within a similar environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Demonstrated analytical skills for assessing performance data and making informed decisions.
* Ability to build rapport with customers and staff from various backgrounds.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
