We’re hiring a Quantity Surveyor to join one of the UK’s most ambitious renewable energy developers. You'll play a key role in delivering solar, battery storage, and wind projects — supporting everything from early design through to build-out.

Your Role: Key Responsibilities
Pre-Contract Phase
* Develop cost plans, budgets, and risk reviews during FEED and early project stages
Post-Contract Phase
* Manage financial performance: forecasting, cost tracking, change control, and reporting
Contract Administration
* Oversee NEC3/NEC4 contracts, handling variations, compensation events, and compliance
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Liaise with project engineers, suppliers, and commercial teams to keep delivery smooth and on target
Who We’re Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role
* Solid grasp of both pre-contract and post-contract phases
* Strong working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contract forms
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction/commercial discipline
* UK driving licence preferred (occasional site visits)
