Are you a passionate and experienced SEND Teacher ready to make a meaningful difference? We're working with a number of supportive and inclusive schools across Tameside who are seeking dedicated professionals to join their teams.
About the RoleYou'll be responsible for delivering tailored learning experiences to pupils with a variety of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, moderate to severe learning difficulties (MLD/SLD), and social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH). You'll work closely with support staff, families, and external agencies to ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed.
What We're Looking For:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)Proven experience working in SEND settingsA strong understanding of individual education plans (IEPs) and EHCPsThe ability to differentiate teaching effectivelyPatience, resilience, and a commitment to inclusive educationA current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
