Quality Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Creating, improving, and implementing design and development documentation aligned with the Quality Management System.
* Selection and application of core quality tools and methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) to support product and process excellence.
* Supporting design assurance activities including planning, verification, and validation.
* Creating and implementing inspection strategies for process verification and validation.
* Identification and implementation of relevant problem‑solving tools and methodologies.
* Supporting change management throughout the development lifecycle.
* Collaborating across virtual teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
What You’ll Bring:
* Solid experience applying quality principles, systems, and tools in line with international and regulatory standards.
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes.
* Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and deliver results.
* Understanding of risk management methodologies.
Qualifications:
* Essential: Quality Practitioner Qualification (HND or above or equivalent).
* Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a quality‑related discipline.
* Desirable: Experience with quality management systems across industries.
