Aspire Living has an exciting opportunity for a Support Manager to join our team based in Hereford, Herefordshire. This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of up to £36,339.97 per annum. Annual leave entitlement is 33 days inclusive of bank holidays. A driver is essential. Experience of managing day opportunities and community-based teams is required.

Responsibilities
* Lead the overall leadership, management and performance of several teams with a focus on community activities and day support, together with two cafés and a horticultural project.
* Transform the way some day support is provided to create a more flexible, person-centred, community-focused solution for people with more complex support needs, enabling active participation in their communities.
* Support Aspire to develop tailored support solutions for young people and families, including transition planning and bespoke respite solutions for families and carers.
* Lead and develop teams to maintain an inclusive, transparent culture and ensure robust regulatory, contractual and organisational compliance.
* Build trusted relationships with people supported, friends and family, local authorities, Thera Trust central teams and healthcare professionals to drive positive outcomes for the people we support.
Qualifications and experience
* Level 4 Health & Social Care qualification or willingness to work toward it.
* Proven experience supporting people with learning disabilities, including experience leading teams and managing service delivery in a regulated care setting.
* Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and care regulations.
* Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making skills.
* Confidence in using digital systems (e.g., Excel, care planning software).
* Flexibility to travel locally and work across multiple locations.
Desirable
* Experience in coaching, mentoring and managing change.
* A full UK driving licence with business insurance.
