You'll have and be great at:
* A solid HR background Ideally CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent wizardry
* The ability to read a room, a policy, and a spreadsheet - all at once.
* A knack for turning chaos into calm.

* Navigating employee relations with empathy, fairness and consistent
* Championing inclusion, wellbeing, and positive culture
