Position: Regional Learning & Development Lead - Travel across central region
Location: Remote with travel across Derby and Kettering
Job type: Full-time, 40 hours, permanent
Working hours: The role may require flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with occasional additional hours as needed. Travel to services across your region is also required.
About you

* Recognised qualification in Learning and Development is essential; a qualification in Health and Social Care Level 4 or above is required.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in Adult Health and Social Care, with some experience in Learning Disabilities and exposure to behaviors that challenge.
Key Responsibilities & Activities
* Ensure all regulated and required training is identified and delivered timely, achieving at least 95% compliance.
* Produce monthly reports on regional compliance, key actions, and priorities.
* Conduct regular service visits to assess needs and implement actions via meetings with service managers.
* Address issues from incident reports, audits, inspections, and business needs in collaboration with service managers.
* Provide value-added insights and inform training based on observations and reviews.

About The Service
As part of the national Learning and Development team and regional support, you will work with Swanton Service Managers and teams across your region to drive quality improvement through various approaches including workplace learning, observed practice, peer support, and progress checks.
