Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Milton Keynes for a Pre Contracts Manager. The role involves overseeing all pre-contract activities, developing project feasibility studies, and leading tender submissions. Responsibilities include managing cost estimations, preparing project proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals. Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills are critical to ensure accurate delivery on project scope and timelines.
Qualifications
* Experience in cost estimation, tender preparation, and contract negotiation
* Strong skills in project feasibility analysis and technical document preparation
* Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
* Understanding of commercial fit-out and refurbishment processes
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field (preferred)
* Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards is a plus
