Requirements
* Around 12 months of experience in an office-based, administrative, or customer-facing role (e.g. Office Assistant, Receptionist, or similar)
* Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable with basic admin tasks and coordinating with others
* Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, is a plus
* Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and support different tasks
* Ability to stay calm and positive in a busy environment
What the job involves
* We’re looking for a highly organiser and people-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations in our London office
* Support the day-to-day running of the London office alongside the Office Manager
* Welcome visitors and help create a friendly, professional office environment
* Assist with managing office supplies, deliveries, and basic logistics
* Help keep the office tidy, organised, and well-stocked
* Support with setting up desks, equipment, and meeting rooms
* Assist with shipments and deliveries for team members
* Help with onboarding and offboarding tasks (e.g. preparing equipment, coordinating logistics)
* Support internal events, team activities, and wellbeing initiatives
* Assist with maintaining office inventory (e.g. supplies, swag)
* Provide basic support to IT and People teams when needed
* Take on ad-hoc tasks to support the team and ensure everything runs smoothly
