Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £13.42 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm. You will work only 5 shifts per week, each lasting 8 hours. Rotas will be provided 6 weeks in advance.
Part-Time Availability: Part-time hours are available, but you must commit to 3 weeks of full-time (fully paid) training starting from 24th March.
Location: Office-based in Bradley Stoke (BS32). The office is conveniently located next to the motorway with strong public transport links to the City Centre.
About the Role
We are recruiting Customer Service Advisors for RAC, the UK's leading motor breakdown service provider. Your role involves communicating with both new and existing RAC members about their policies, assisting with sign-ups or renewals, and providing comprehensive product information to help customers choose the right options.

Requirements
Successful candidates will be outgoing, passionate about customer service, and able to build rapport easily. You should have exceptional communication skills and be capable of retaining extensive product information after training.
