About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager (ATPI qualified) to oversee a residential property portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, carrying out inspections, managing budgets, and delivering excellent service to clients and leaseholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and well-maintained.
* Manage statutory compliance (e.g. FRA, Legionella, Asbestos, H&S audits) and coordinate third-party reports.
* Advise clients on relevant legislation including the Building Safety Act 2022 and Fire Safety Bill 2022.
* Oversee preventative maintenance programmes, repairs, and improvements.
* Prepare and manage annual service charge budgets and issue Section 20 Notices where required.
* Authorise invoices, review year-end accounts, and report to clients and leaseholders.
* Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and leaseholders, ensuring effective communication at all times.
About You
* ATPI Membership (essential).
* Strong background in managing leasehold residential blocks.
* Highly organised, able to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing.
* Confident working independently as well as collaboratively with wider teams.
