Position Overview
Ithaca Energy is accepting applications for the position of Digital Technology Partner - Maintenance and SCM (DTP-SCM), based in our Aberdeen Office.
Reporting to the Lead Digital Technology Partner - Corporate, the DTP-SCM will serve as a strategic business partner, responsible for driving process improvements through data and technology for the Supply Chain and Maintenance functions. This role ensures alignment with business strategies and identifies opportunities for automation, simplification, and innovation to achieve superior business outcomes.
The DTP-SCM will collaborate closely with Maintenance and Supply Chain leaders to define programs, develop business cases, and oversee the delivery of solutions leveraging SAP SCM, MM, and PM modules, alongside Maximo and other key digital technologies. The role also involves ensuring effective change management and value optimization through adoption of these solutions.
Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
* Develop strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels to build trust and rapport.
* Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to co-create a high-value portfolio of process improvements aligned with business goals.
* Act as a trusted advisor to challenge existing processes and identify automation and simplification opportunities using SAP and other technologies.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and build the business case for migration to SAP S/4H, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Program Development & Delivery
* Define and drive the technology plan for Supply Chain and Maintenance, integrating it into the broader IT & Digital strategy.
* Partner with enterprise architecture and IT operations to develop sustainable support models and multi-year roadmaps.
* Work with process experts and technical teams to design innovative solutions that deliver automation and streamlined processes within SAP, Maximo, and other technologies.
Solution Implementation
* Ensure quality, budget compliance, and timely delivery of solutions by collaborating with internal and external IT experts.
* Oversee implementation of SAP ECC and Maximo solutions, leveraging Fiori and Neptune UX technologies for better user experience.
* Align solutions with overall IT & Digital architecture for a simplified, optimized environment.
Performance & Value Optimization
* Ensure realization of business value by managing expectations, building business cases, and tracking benefits.
* Implement automated, real-time data reporting solutions for quicker decision-making.
* Maximize value from existing IT agreements and partnerships.
* Act as escalation point for incidents and service requests related to Supply Chain and Maintenance systems.
* Maintain and modernize the IT landscape for these functions, ensuring reliability.
Qualifications & Experience
* Extensive knowledge of business processes, data, and IT systems in industrial and corporate settings.
* Understanding of cloud, mobility, IoT, and digital technologies' technical, commercial, and risk aspects.
* Proven success in managing multi-year programs.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and engagement skills up to CxO level.
* Good business acumen and commercial awareness.
* Experience in business analysis, project management, and organizational change management.
* Significant experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Sun Systems, Maximo, Oracle eBusiness, or MS Dynamics.
* Ability to work with Data and BI solutions to deliver insights and drive change.
* Successful track record in leading improvement programs leveraging latest technologies and change management.
