We are seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to join our warm and friendly one:form entry primary school in Leyton. This is a key role in helping us maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our pupils, staff, and community.
Position: School Caretaker
Location: Leyton, London
Contract: Full:time, year:round (with some flexibility for holiday work)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain the security, cleanliness, and general upkeep of the school site and grounds
* Carry out minor repairs and practical maintenance tasks
* Oversee deliveries and manage stock of cleaning and maintenance supplies
* Ensure health and safety standards are consistently followed
* Support the smooth daily operation of the school, including opening and closing the site
