Technical Tutor - Electrical Installation
Technical Tutor - Mechanical Maintenance & Fluid Power
The COMPANY
Our client is a huge manufacturer's trade guild who can boast around a quarter of manufacturing businesses in the UK as members. Working on behalf of manufacturing in the UK they offer business services and a lobbying voice at the heart of Government. As part of their commitment to excellence they have developed/offer the very best training from their centre in Birmingham to aid companies in developing highly skilled apprentices.
The ROLE
The successful Technical Tutor will be required:
1. Deliver lessons/training to up to 12 pupils.
2. Develop training plans.
3. Guide and teach apprentices in a workshop environment.
4. Assess learners progress and deliver constructive feedback to all interested parties.
There are two Technical Tutors required. One teaching Electrical Installation the other Mechanical Maintenance and Fluid Power.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with a desire to impart knowledge allied to the following skill set:
1. Appropriate qualification.
2. Mentoring/training/teaching/instructing background is not essential but would be advantageous.
3. Manufacturing/Engineering Industry Experience.
Salary: c.£36-40K Depending on Experience
Location: Birmingham
