As Head of Field Sales, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and delivering our field sales distribution strategy across MotoNovo. Operating as a senior member of the Sales Distribution Leadership Team, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership; ensuring strong performance today while building the foundations for long‑term success.

Key areas of focus include:

2. Leadership at scale – leading a high‑performing, geographically dispersed field sales team, setting clear expectations and driving consistent standards.
3. Revenue & performance – driving revenue growth through effective planning, forecasting and execution, using data and insight to inform decisions.
4. Key relationships – building trusted, value‑led partnerships with major accounts, suppliers and industry bodies, representing our proposition with credibility.
5. Capability & enablement – strengthening sales capability through coaching, training and the effective use of tools and technology.
6. Risk & governance – embedding robust risk management, credit stewardship and regulatory compliance across all field activity.

12. The credibility to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally, including across underwriting, pricing and finance.
13. Strong market and product knowledge, ideally within motor or financial services, supported by active industry engagement.
