Overview of the role
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Dunwoody Way in Crewe.
This community pharmacy is commutable from surrounding towns/cities/villages and is located in a GP health centre which it has a good relationship with.
How our pharmacy makes a difference:
* It dispenses 15000 items a month,
* It provides a wide range of services including nms, blood pressure, pharmacy first, flu/ covid and a range of private services.
* It provides services to 1 care homes.
* It dispenses a large number of community blisters.
* No. Hours per week - 41.5 hours per week
This pharmacy is open Monday 8.30am-8pm, Tuesday - Friday 8.30am-6.30pm and Saturdays 9am - 1pm.
The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of 4 qualified pharmacy assistants and 1 trainee pharmacy assistant.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.
You'll be focused on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.
You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits
