We are looking for an enthusiastic person with good literacy and communication skills to work in our busy administration office and provide administration support across the Academy, with overall responsibilities for Finance Administration.
You will need to have excellent computer skills, good knowledge of Google drive, docs and sheets, with the ability to work flexibly, meet deadlines and prioritise work under pressure.
A knowledge of Google Chrome would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be given.
The post holder has day to day contact with the Headteacher, staff, pupils, parents and Governors, as well as staff from Swale Academies Trust, other agencies, other schools, the local community and representatives of a wide variety of goods and services.
This is a part time position for 18.5 hours per week. The exact working times and days will be agreed with the successful candidate, however, the hours will be worked across a minimum of four days per week but preferably five days per week.
