As part of the Service Desk team within the Land, Property and Public Protection Division, the successful candidate will provide high-quality advice and support to ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include owning support requests, thoroughly investigating incidents, progressing them towards resolution, and maintaining accurate incident records according to operational procedures.
