YOUR PROFILE
As a Manager/Senior Manager in the AI Product Innovation team you’ll set the direction, driving forward our business, model our values and behaviours, lead by example, and coach and develop more junior members of the team. Key expectations from this role include:
* A strong understanding of AI products and their applications in various domains and industries
* Experience in leading, shaping and delivery of complex AI projects across multiple workstreams
* Ability to lead teams to design and execute pilots to test and validate AI solutions, and proven ability to operationalise these AI solutions
* Excellent communication, storytelling and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
* A growth mindset and a passion for learning and experimenting with new technologies
* Experience with agile methodologies and tools for AI product lifecycle management
* Hands on experience with Design Thinking principles and user‑centred design
* Ability to define and communicate a clear and compelling vision and strategy for an AI product portfolio
* Experience scoping and developing proposals for new AI opportunities
* Experience with the commercial management of a project, including costing and resourcing
* Experience managing and upskilling others, championing personal development and capability development
