Mobile Tyre Operations Manager required in Nottingham Basic Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) OTE: £40,000 through bonus on company and individual performance Monday - Friday : 8:00am - 5:00pm, Saturdays (1 in 2) : 8am - 1:00pm We are currently working with a thriving business who are seeking an experienced Operations Manager who is looking to join them to oversee and lead their Mobile Tyre Operations. Manage team performance, training, and compliance with safety standards. Oversee Stock and ensure all equipment is up to date within company standards Handle customer issues, track KPIs, and implement process improvements Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in managing field-based or mobile teams desired but not essential Strong organisational and problem-solving skills under pressure. Confident communicator with excellent leadership qualities. Confident IT skills Comfortable using scheduling, reporting, and Stock management Softwares Customer-focused with a proactive and hands-on approach.
