Finance Assistant | PE backed Company | Salary £35,000 - £45,000 + bonus & excellent benefits
I am currently partnering with a PE backed company looking for a Finance Assistant to come and join the team. My client is growing out the current function and are looking for highly driven individuals to come and join this fantastic team.
You will be reporting into a Finance Manager and work closely with various entities across the world and play a key role in streamlining processes and supporting the Group.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations in Blackline.
* Preparing and monitoring recurring journal templates.
* Assisting with monthly financial close requirements.
* Maintenance of the Fixed Asset Register.
* Assist in ad-hoc General Ledger account postings including but not limited to: Payroll, Pension, Finance Leases.
* Assist in preparing and monitoring the weekly Cash Flow reports.
* Assist in the monthly forecasting process in Board.
* Preparation of Audit requests.
* Creating of projects/jobs in the ERP.
* Assist in the preparation of VAT and Tax returns.
For this role, you will be either part-qualified and working towards your qualification or qualified by experience. If you speak a second language such as French, Spanish, or Mandarin, this would be advantageous. You will need to have done a similar role previously and have experience working with multiple ERP systems.
