* Senior Lettings Negotiator
* Basic Salary circa £25,000
* Commission Structure starting at 10% that rises throughout the year
* OTE in the region of £60,000

* Senior Lettings Negotiator experience
* The ability to operate in a highly transactional market
* A hunger to succeed
* ARLA qualifications
* Valuation experience
