Our client, Ask About Mortgages, are a ‘Whole of Market’ mortgage brokerage company with offices in Romsey and Eastleigh, Hampshire. They are working with banks, building societies and specialist lenders comparing 1000’s of mortgage products, whether their clients buying for the first time, remortgaging, want to move house or need to renew their mortgage. They are also a staff benefits mortgage broker partner for the NHS in Hampshire.
They are now looking for a driven and enthusiastic Mortgage Advisor to join their team.
Mortgage Advisor, the role:
1. Providing clients with exceptional level of customer service – building strong relationships with existing and potential clients
2. Understanding and summarising clients’ requirements and managing their expectations
3. Contacting estate agents, solicitors and mortgage lenders - ensuring the completion of all documentation and necessary actions in a timely manner
4. Following up on outstanding queries – keeping clients updated on progress
