As a Shipping & Scheduling Senior Analyst at JLR, you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations moving seamlessly from factory floor to customers worldwide. What to Expect
* Leading coordination of production scheduling and international shipping plans to meet customer and business requirements
* Managing and developing a team of analysts, supporting performance, development and day‑to‑day priorities
* Creating and maintaining transport and shipping plans, ensuring stock levels and delivery targets are achieved
* Collaborating with internal and external partners to align demand, production and logistics strategies
* Ensuring accurate data and process adherence across systems such as SAP and Excel
What You'll Need
* Experience in international shipping, logistics or scheduling within a manufacturing or similar environment
* Understanding of customs requirements and global shipping regulations
* Confidence in using SAP, Excel and data analysis tools
* Experience leading or supporting teams, with strong communication and organisational skills
* Knowledge of lean principles or continuous improvement approaches
