What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Second Chef
* Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
* Excellent organisational and teamwork skills as we run a very fast paced kitchen
* Understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety procedures
* A positive attitude and passion for great food
Responsibilities:
* Assisting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
* Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes
* Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
* Supporting menu development and specials
* Helping manage stock control and food ordering
* Training and supporting xsngvjr junior kitchen staff
