Joinery Workshop Manager – Hitchin (SG5) | £50,000 – £60,000 We are currently seeking an experienced Joinery Workshop Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy bespoke joinery workshop based in Hitchin (SG5). This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and hands-on professional to join a respected company delivering high-quality, made-to-measure joinery products. Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire (SG5) Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum (depending on experience) The Role: As the Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the joinery workshop, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget. You’ll work closely with the design and production teams to interpret drawings, manage workflow, and maintain a safe, productive environment.
