Overview

Role Purpose: Location - Ruddington, Nottinghamshire. Level - Manager/Experienced Professional. Department - People. Working Pattern - Hybrid (three days a week in the head office). Benefits - Salary - The salary for this role will be discussed at next stage. We're looking for a strategic and consultative L&D Business Partner to support our Customer, Marketing, Strategy and Sales teams. This isn't a traditional L&D role—you'll be embedded in the business, identifying how learning and behavior change can solve real challenges. You'll need to navigate complexity, work with limited information and build strong relationships across global time zones. If you're confident working with senior stakeholders, thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to turn insight into impact, this role offers the opportunity to drive real change across Ideagen.


Responsibilities

* Build strong relationships across the business, becoming the go-to partner for learning and development advice.
* Lead complex projects by identifying root causes and designing solutions that drive real behaviour change.
* Take a consultative approach by asking the right questions, challenging assumptions and offering more than just training.
* Design and deliver leadership development programs, facilitate workshops and coach senior teams.
* Work at pace by making decisions with limited information and adapting as you go.
* Measure impact using meaningful data, tracking behavior change and business outcomes and presenting insights using tools like Power BI.
* Partner with L&D or Organizational Development professionals, ideally with exposure to fast-paced tech or SaaS environments.
* Strong consulting mindset with the ability to diagnose root causes and apply structured frameworks.
* Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programs, both virtually and in person.
* Commercially aware, able to link learning initiatives to business outcomes and speak the language of commercial teams.
* Technically confident with AI tools, learning platforms (360Learning is a plus), Excel and modern learning methods.
* Naturally curious, quick to learn, comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at influencing without authority.
