Role Responsibilities
* Managing a team of property managers
* Monitoring and assessing team performance
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
* Conducting property inspections
* Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
* Handling deposit returns and resolving rental arrears
* Processing eviction requests
* Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
* Completing check-in and check-out procedures, including inventory reports
Candidate Requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence (manual vehicle)
* Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager in residential lettings
* Ability to foster a positive team environment
* Developing team members’ careers
* Strong client relationship skills
* Knowledge of current residential lettings legislation
