Overview
We are a national law firm with a local reach. We are looking to add a talented Solicitor to our leading Medical Negligence team to be based in one of our Southern and Welsh offices (Bristol, Southampton, Cambridge or Cardiff).

Our clinical negligence team has extensive experience in claims across obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology and psychiatric care. Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload, including litigated matters, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
* Assist senior colleagues on high-value and complex claims across a wide range of medical disciplines.
* Deliver consistently accurate and compassionate legal advice, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout their journey.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver a seamless and high-quality service.
About You
* 3+ years PQE in Clinical Negligence, with a strong background in Claimant work.
* Proven experience managing your own caseload, including litigated claims.
* Ability to take instructions from clients and provide sound legal advice.
* Demonstrable experience assisting seniors on high-value complex cases.
* Ability to operate independently and work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
