Job Description
You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Room Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.
Please note: the end date for this role will be November 12, 2025.
What you will be doing:
* Clean all assigned guestrooms to standard; including making beds, dusting removing soiled linen from rooms, retrieval of clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning, replenishing supplies within room, etc.
* Ensuring proper usage of all cleaning products & wearing all required personal protective equipment.
* Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest.
* Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service.
* Responsible for restocking housekeeping carts & closet/service areas daily.
* Track and update room assignments throughout the day.
* Report any maintenance concerns promptly.
* Follow all hotel and departmental policies and procedures, as well as health & safety protocols.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
* Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
* Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
* Excellent organizational skills and time management
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written & verbal
Physical Requirements:
* Constant standing and walking throughout shift
* Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
* Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
* Physically capable of performing duties which involve repetitive bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling and lifting of heavy objects
