The Role
An excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join a fast-paced engineering organisation supporting large-scale, high-impact projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead month-end processes, management reporting, and variance analysis.
2. Prepare financial forecasts covering revenue, profit, and cash flow.
3. Provide insight and commentary to senior leadership on financial performance.
4. Ensure strong financial controls, accurate documentation, and compliance with standards.
5. Support subsidiary entities with transactions, tax, and financial reporting matters.
About You
6. Qualified or Finalist Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) with relevant experience.
7. Strong technical accounting skills and analytical ability.
8. Advanced Excel proficiency and confidence working with complex data.
9. Proven business partnering experience with the ability to influence and challenge.
