SRG are currently seeking a Site Engineering Manager to join a well-established and growing client in the North West. This position has arisen due to continued company success and significant growth.
As the Site Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and directing the engineering and maintenance teams while ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, regulations, health and safety and laws.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the engineering and maintenance teams across the site, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and safety
Ensure ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO50001 standards are met
Champion health and safety across all levels of engineering and site operations
Support the development of multi-million CAPEX budgets and project plans
Drive continuous improvement and asset reliability strategies across all engineering activities
