Night Transport Supervisor – Robertsbridge, East Sussex
£36,000 per annum | Sunday–Thursday
A respected national logistics company based in Robertsbridge is seeking a proactive and experienced Night Transport Supervisor to support and oversee their busy night operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong transport knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to lead a night‑shift team to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient running of the operation.
The Role
* Sunday to Thursday night shifts
* Friday availability required to cover holidays (paid as overtime)
* Overseeing all night‑time transport activity
* Managing driver briefs and debriefs
* Monitoring route progress and addressing any issues that arise
* Ensuring compliance with all transport legislation, including Working Time Directive and driver hours
* Liaising with drivers, planners, and the wider management team
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting
* Supporting a safe, efficient, and well‑organised night operation
