Person Specification
Perfect for early career teachers who:
1. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
2. Are newly qualified (NQTs) or Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
3. Demonstrate strong classroom management potential
4. Are passionate about engaging young learners
5. Have excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities
6. Have a DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
