Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused Marketing Manager to join a growing business at a key stage of its development. This position will play a central role in shaping and delivering marketing activity that drives brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll take ownership of multi-channel campaigns, work closely with cross-functional teams, and bring a modern, data-led approach to marketing-leveraging AI and automation tools to improve performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
* Contribute to the development of the overall marketing roadmap
* Own the delivery of integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned to business goals
* Manage timelines, budgets, and campaign performance from concept through to delivery
Demand Generation & Campaigns
* Drive lead generation through targeted marketing initiatives
* Plan and deliver campaigns across digital and offline channels
* Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise activity
