Join Teaching Personnel as a Teaching Assistant supporting primary schools across Cwmbran. You’ll work closely with pupils who have Autism (ASD), ADHD, or Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs—helping them learn, thrive, and feel valued in school.

What You’ll Do
* Support children 1:1 or in small groups
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
* Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs
* Help create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and support staff
* Contribute to EHCPs (Education, Health & Care Plans) and IEPs (Individual Education Plans)
