Junior Copywriter - 3 month FTC

Overview
We are looking for a culturally aware and creatively driven Junior Copywriter to join the creative team, working in close partnership with an Art Director across a wide range of integrated campaigns.
This role is ideal for a writer at the early stages of their career who is passionate about ideas, language, and culture. You will support the development of original, engaging concepts and deliver strong copy across multiple channels, with a particular focus on social-first thinking.
You will work closely with senior creatives and the wider team to develop your craft, contributing to work that is strategically grounded, culturally relevant, and creatively ambitious.

Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with an Art Director partner to develop creative ideas and campaign concepts
• Support the development of integrated creative work across digital, social, and brand campaigns
• Write clear, engaging copy across a range of formats including social, digital, and campaign assets
• Create platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging channels
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of tone, voice, and audience across different brands
• Stay connected to social trends, culture, and platform behaviours to inform creative output
• Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions, bringing fresh and relevant ideas
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and production teams to bring ideas to life
• Take feedback on board and refine work to improve quality and effectiveness
• Maintain high standards of writing, accuracy, and attention to detail

Experience & Skills
• 1–3 years’ experience in copywriting or a related creative field
• A portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and writing ability
• Experience writing for social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Strong understanding of how content performs across different platforms
• Interest in conceptual thinking and idea generation
• Ability to work in a creative partnership (Art Director + Copywriter)
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, develop, and grow within a creative team
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
