The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Trainer in the North to join our brands Rabanne and Carolina Herrera, The working schedule is based on full time schedule working 5 days per week (37.5hrs), Monday – Sunday inclusive. The Field Trainer will represent Puig and all its portfolio, forming the connection between the brand and our customers.Coaching and developing instore to maximise each BAs capability with – link selling, cross selling, artistry and fragrance storytelling and product knowledge.
This role is field based covering the North with regular travel between the store locations of Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Liverpool, Newcastle and Edinburgh
Delivering selling ceremonies and service in line and exceeding brand expectations – ensuring all BAs feel confident and committed to delivering excellent services to be included as part of the deliverables - you will be targeted on your regions results. Coaching and driving every opportunity at the POSetting the standards yourselves, YOU are the example· Onboarding from counter - bring classroom to counterBe the first person from education to connect with new starter within their first week, introduction to products/brand introducing BE and top line selling ceremony/following up in their first 3 months to see progressing and any support needed· Trade Test for recruiting top talent to our brands
You will increase brand awareness by Using social media and building credibility and engagement of our brands whilst growing your own following to establish your expertise within the industry.
You will support brand events when required and PR and brand events at global and occasionally local level. Support creating Looks for new launches for BAs to wear for all key animations, Support training, touch points, Following up instore after seasonal trainings on any updates or training needs and product knowledge recaps
You'll achieve sales targets and collaborate with the BM/AM to drive teams’ performance and lead by example.· Increase sales revenue - Achieve through increase of upselling, cross-selling, servicesresponsible for monthly Animations at POS, building brand awareness/loyalty and meet /exceed monthly targets. Increase Customer Lifetime Value: Focus on building long-term relationships and encouraging repeat business through clientelling and Animations
We'd love to meet you if you have
1. A strong background in the luxury beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics industry, with experience in retail, education, or training roles.
2. Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop in-store teams, enhancing their skills in link selling, cross-selling, artistry, and fragrance storytelling.
3. A sales-focused mindset, with a solid track record of achieving targets and driving performance across a region or store network.
4. Experience delivering impactful training sessions both on-counter and in classroom settings, bringing brand education to life for new and existing Beauty Advisors.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the confidence to lead by example and build strong relationships across store teams.
6. Experience supporting in-store events, brand activations, and seasonal launches, contributing to a dynamic and engaging customer experience.
7. Confidence using social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, grow your own professional presence, and engage beauty audiences.
8. A passion for clientelling and customer relationship building, with an understanding of how to encourage repeat business and increase customer lifetime value.
9. A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to work closely with Business Managers and Area Managers to drive regional success.
