Management Accountant Responsibilities:
1. Producing Monthly Accounts for overhead cost centres
2. Supporting in the preparation of cost centre budgets and forecasts
3. Reconciliation and processing of prepayments, accruals and standard charges
4. Overseeing the completion of all bank account reconciliations
5. Completing year end schedules required for tax packs on a monthly basis
6. Reconciliation of PSA to ensure correct calculation and submissions to HMRC
7. Monthly reconciliation of intercompany accounts with other group companies
8. Assisting in the preparation of statutory accounts and tax packs
9. Management of company paid credit cards
10. Preparing quarterly VAT returns
