We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant with 1-3 years experience to take the lead on our HVAC & OEM desk. We've partnered with market-leading HVAC manufacturers, OEM suppliers & specialist distributors. You'll be working on a mixture of contingent & retained assignments, with roles ranging from Regional Sales Managers, Business Development Managers and Sales Engineers, through to Sales Directors and Heads of Sales. You should expect fees of 15–25%, with salaries typically ranging from £40K to £120K+.

Job Responsibilities:
* Cultivate a targeted & engaged candidate base – become a recognised expert in the HVAC & OEM Sales space
* Build new relationships with a defined list of target clients and become their go-to recruitment partner
* Manage and grow your existing client base, supporting key commercial hires across the HVAC & OEM sector
