Blackbear is expanding into Cardiff later this year and we're looking for a dynamic property professional to lead the charge.
If you're experienced, ambitious, and tired of working for boring, outdated estate agencies, this is your chance to be the face of something exciting and new in the capital.
This role starts in the field listing and selling homes while we build momentum ahead of our London branch opening. You'll be the go to person for Blackbear in Cardiff, backed by a brand that's already disrupted the market in Wales.
Responsibilities
* Generate new instructions and sales across Cardiff, working independently in the early stages.
* Build a network of local homeowners, buyers, and property professionals.
* Conduct valuations, viewings, and negotiations with a focus on closing deals.
* Represent Blackbear's brand values: modern, bold, client-first, and no fluff.
* Contribute ideas and insights for our future Cardiff office launch.
What We're Looking For
* 6+ years of experience in residential property sales (Cardiff market)
* Motivated self-starter with strong local knowledge and a personal network.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A modern, dynamic presence you know the traditional agency game but want more freedom and flair.
* Entrepreneurial mindset someone who thrives in a growth environment.
