VIP Gateway is looking for a confident, professional and personable Credit Manager to lead our Sales Support team and keep both cash flow and team morale strong.
This is a hands-on leadership role where youll drive performance, improve processes and ensure outstanding debt is managed effectively without compromising customer relationships.
Were looking for someone bubbly yet professional, who can motivate a team, hold firm on standards and bring structure, clarity and accountability to the function.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Sales Support team
Reduce aged debt and improve cash collection performance
Implement clear processes and KPI reporting
Manage credit risk and set appropriate limits
Work closely with Sales and Finance to resolve issues quickly
Build strong, professional customer relationships
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in a Credit Manager or senior credit control role
Experience managing or mentoring a team
Strong organisational and communication skills
KPI-driven and process-focused mindset
Confident, positive and able to challenge constructively
