* Providing exceptional customer service with memorable, meaningful interactions
* Inspiring and educating customers on pet care and products based on your knowledge
* Completing sales transactions and reaching store sales goals
* Working with your team to keep the store looking its best and stock up-to-date
* Keeping your knowledge current on pet care, products, and services
* Contributing to a fun, supportive, and safe store culture
What we need...
* A passion for animals and excellent customer service skills
* Experience in retail or similar environment
* A drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members
* Physical ability to lift up to 20 kg
* Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
