Job Summary
We are looking for two Recruitment Assistants to join our friendly and supportive HR team within HR Shared Services. These customer‑focused roles involve the administration of the recruitment life cycle, advisory support to staff on related HR activities, and customer service via phone and email. This is an excellent opportunity to gain HR experience across the full recruitment life cycle while progressing your career.
Responsibilities
* Administer the recruitment life cycle.
* Provide advisory support to staff on HR-related activities.
* Respond to customers by phone and email.
* Maintain accurate records and perform data entry.
* Adapt to high‑volume requests and resolve problems independently.
* Identify opportunities to improve services and processes.
Qualifications and Skills

* Experience in a data entry or administrative role.

Employment Details
Permanent, full‑time (36.25 hours per week) contract. Part‑time applications (minimum 29 hours per week) are welcome; please indicate preferred hours in your application.
The role is hybrid: two to three days per week on campus, the remainder working from home.
