Role Overview:
As a Financial Planning Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in our team's success by handling a variety of administrative tasks and ensuring smooth client interactions. Reporting to the Senior Financial Planning Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as handling client enquiries, taking phone calls, and organising client documents.
2. Assisting in onboarding new clients and servicing existing clients, providing exceptional support throughout their journey.
