Overview
We are seeking an accomplished High Net Worth (HNW) Sales Executive to join our Winchester team.
This role is ideal for a confident relationship-builder with strong commercial awareness and a proven record of developing and managing high-value personal insurance portfolios. You will play a key role in driving growth, nurturing long-term relationships, and delivering exceptional service to discerning clients with complex insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify, cultivate, and convert new HNW insurance opportunities across personal lines such as high-value homes, prestige vehicles, fine art, jewellery, and lifestyle coverage.
* Build deep, trusted relationships with clients and professional introducers, ensuring tailored advice and long-term retention.
* Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and present bespoke solutions that reflect the unique needs of each client.
* Collaborate closely with underwriting and internal support teams to secure competitive terms and deliver a seamless customer experience.
* Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, accurately forecast performance, and contribute to ongoing business growth objectives.
* Uphold the highest levels of professionalism, compliance, and service quality at all times.
Skills & Experience
* Proven sales success within the high net worth or private client insurance market.
* Strong network-building ability with confidence engaging affluent individuals and professional intermediaries.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to understand complex risks and translate them into tailored insurance solutions.
* A results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.
* Industry qualifications (Cert CII or above) are highly desirable or willingness to work toward them.
