As a People & Culture HR Business Partner for our UK employees, you will have ownership and management of operational activities in delivering an excellent HR service to our UK-based teams. Supporting our values and culture, ensuring alignment to our broader organisational strategy, whilst ensuring best practice and legal compliance. As the People & Culture HR Business Partner you will work across several areas to facilitate the people agenda in support of the achievement of our strategic business plan. The role will focus on helping to build a strong HR infrastructure through the development of people management practices and will support with policy development and designing new ways of working, which encourage purposeful integration and collaboration across our global organisation. The role will also provide strategic and operational expertise and leadership in partnering, coaching and supporting UK teams in building capabilities that support and facilitate a high-performance culture, in addition to lending support to our emerging Global HR teams to enable good people management, empowering others to lead, and deliver on our strategic objectives relating to People and Culture. ABOUT YOU You will bring strong experience in partnering and coaching managers and leaders to drive value and impact. First class communication skills as well as the ability to analyse and interpret data are essential. Key to the role is your knowledge and application of business partnering skills, employment law and up-to-date HR best practice. We are particularly looking for someone with experience working in an SME, who can navigate the challenges and opportunities of smaller, dynamic environments. DUTIES | People & Culture HR Business Partner Provide operational expertise and management across the full-employee lifecycle Partner, coach and support people managers Oversee the work of the People and Culture Coordinators Identify, develop and implement key HR initiatives Ongoing development and maintenance of UK policies in line with global policy, UK employment law and best practice. Ensuring that diversity and inclusion is embedded in key policies and frameworks Provide robust and consistent advice on the application and interpretation of employment policies, across the UK office Lead on the development and delivery of internal work systems and processes Partner with the Global People and Culture Teams in driving process consistency and efficiency globally Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, advising on international recruitment Maintain and oversee the performance management cycle for employees Act as the HR data lead Contribute to the delivery of HR projects Champion, facilitate and support the process of change with regard to organisational transformation programmes REQUIREMENTS CIPD qualified / Educated to degree level equivalent qualification or experience Substantial experience in professional HR roles which should include recent experience working as a HR Business Partner / HR Operations Manager / HR Manager preferably within a SME and or a global context Experience developing HR policies Experience coaching and advising people managers in dealing with a wide range of issues, including complex employee relations matters Experience in managing projects Experience of managing recruitment processes Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance requirements Why join us?
